Among the players to watch on the US Men's National Team is one Clint Dempsey, an attacking midfielder who could (and should) play a major role in the US team's success in Germany.
Some suggest that Dempsey (who played college ball in the great state of SC) has become such a success because of his "caprice," and his creative, sometimes "fluff," style of play is reminiscent of another US midfield,
Clint Mathis (who also played college ball in the great state of SC - for the Gamecocks).
We, however, think Dempsey is the midfielder US opponents should fear because of his
superhero alter-ego as the gangsta rapper Deuce. If you don't believe us, check it out

Speaking of Gamecocks, how bout ol' Deuce giving us a shout out? Pretty clever lyrics, really, "more game than a gamecock." Sounds like it was written by a Clemson Tiger.
